Food & Exercise Log Monday
Good Morning Everybody,
I hope everybody had a nice weekend with their friends and family.I am little tired this morning. My kids have no school this week and they are happy to have no homework this week!
B Nectar protein drink
S load of water and handful of cashews
L slices of ham and mozz stick with some mustard on it and roll over
S load of water
D eggs with mozz melt and mushroom top
S simple smart milk and load of water
Will go gym for 40 min to do cardio

Good Morning Everyone!
My Easter was very quiet! Went for a walk and took a nap after dinner.
I have to work the next 3 days until 8pm due to a computer program conversion so exercise is out of the question for the next 3 days.
B - Left over deviled egg.
S - Coffee and water (piece of cheese late afternoon.)
L - WW meal will eat the meat..few bites of yogurt
S - Crystal light iced tea
D - ?? Not sure yet, I get to be in charge of ordering dinner for everyone at work. They want pizza so probably just eat the cheese topping & veggies.

I had a nice quiet weekend at home.

I have a looong day ay work today, hence the two snacks after lunch. They let go the receptionist so I have to cover until the replacement comes. So I have to do my job, the receptionist job and train the replacement! And after I do that, I have my long Monday department meeting tonight. Arggh!
But...I have to exercise today, I didn't do anything yesterday. So I will move to lose today but probably only for 30 minutes.

FHEW! With the weekend I've had its nice to be at work. Its like I am finally on break. I cooked for like 9 people yesterday so Saturday I cooked and Sunday morning too. I am glad to be sitting at my desk and off my feet.
B ~ Special K cereal w/ LF milk
S ~ Coffee w/ splenda
L ~ leftovers (potatoes-corn-green beans-)
S ~ LF 100 cal cookies
D ~ leftovers again (turkey (maybe?) and veggies ??? and salad.
I actually got in good veggies all weekend. Didnt get to the gym but believe me I was certainly active. I got on the scale this morning and was pleasantly surprised. I thought with all the things I ate this weekend that I would be going back up, but I was still going down !!! YEAH!!! My food choices must had paid off some.

Hi Everyone! Hope you al had a Wonderful Easter! Did a bit of "Grazing" over the weekend but did manage to graze on good stuff!(shrimp, veggies,cheese)
Spent Saturday and Sunday working at the bakery and managed to get thru that alive!! Will be eating holiday leftovers all week!!
B 2 hard boiled eggs (Can you guess who left me those?)
S 1/2 a banana
L 3oz's shrimp with a bit of sauce
S protien shake after gym
D 3oz's roast pork with a small salad
Ray's off this week as well so came home, showered and took him with me to the gym. Was'nt in the mood to go but have to get back in the game to win so we "Got it done". So survived and am happy for it! Great nite all!
