Happy Wednesday!!!! My kids are getting excited for spring vacation coming soon! I will help my son to study for big test tonight for tomorrow. B-cottege cheese with sliced of strawberries S nectar protein drink and load of water L tuna salad S load of water D chicken with salsa and mozz cheese with brocoillic(sp?) S simple smart milk and load of water Will do nordic walking for 3.5 miles after work Have a great day! Kathy k

Good morning, I have my test tonight B~turkey bacon S~LF cheese L~fish S~slice of turkey (lunch meat) D~Steak S~some almonds while I am working away at my test. UGH! I may do the firm when I get home. I am sure I will be all wound up from taking that test. Have a great day! Chrissy

Happy Wednesday! B - protein bar (5:30), egg salad (7:30) S - protein bar L - toppins from pizza (free pizza at work) S - protein bar D - protein bar or tuna salad S - no sugar added ice cream I am still on my protein bar kick. I have to force myself to eat "real" food b/c for some reason eating protein bars all day don't seem to do it for my body. Yesterday at about 2 pm my body kind of said "real food or I will shut down!" So I had some tuna salad. But all I wanted for dinner was some peanut butter no sugar added ice cream, so thats what I had. Hey it had 5 g of protein! And then I had another protein bar for dessert. I worked out for 30 minutes yesterday, up 10 minutes from the day before. Feeling even better from my cold today so hopefully I can up it 40 minutes today. Happy Hump Day!

Good Morning.... B ~ cream of wheat S ~ coffee (maybe a peanut butter cracker for Julio too) L ~ chicken and LF cheese sandwhich on light wheat bread S ~ PB crackers or 100 cal snack pack (love those) D ~ ?smart ones meal? S ~ LF/SF pudding ? I will go to the gym on my lunch hour as usual. I am addicted to the ellipitcal. Thats a good workout and I can already do like double what I could do when I 1st started. Bree

Hello, B - Coffee S - Weigh****cher Bagel with Cream Cheese L - Weigh****cher Meal S - Rice Cake D - Chicken with Veggies I am very sore today from walking two days in a row... I will walk again after work today... The weather is beautiful... I am leaving next Tuesday to Florida, can not wait to lay out and relax... Have tons of homework due before I leave... Hi folks! What a day! B Pepperoni and cheese roll up. (Can you guess what kind of sandwich I made for my sons lunch this morning? ) S cheese stick L Fish fillet with a few green beans S handfull of peanuts D Made a batch of Three bean salad so wil have a little of that over my regular salad Lots of heavy liftiing at work today so I'm just going to coast tonight.
