Hi Tammy, I also got stuck on some chicken. You have to make sure everything has some "lube" on it. You will lose, it should be 1-2lbs/week and it doesn't seem like it's coming off, but it will espcially after you have a couple fills. I had one fill and i'm not that tight, so I'll see Dr.A in another month for another one. Also make sure you're drinking enough liquids during the day. Vanessa

Thanks Vanessa - I know the "lube" is important - this chicken was totally moist - it was my fault for not chewing it enough - it was a horrible feeling - I never want to encounter that again! Best Regards, Tammy

Hey Tammy, Take a deep breath and relax. Your doing great. Its still soon for you so don't get frustrated with the scale. You will get there I promise you that. I am 15 months out and my scale has come to a complete stop. So I know what your going through with the frustration. But like our OH Family says "PATIENCE". Stay away from the scale for awhile and keep up with the exercise and the program. You will get there. Hugs KimC

Thank you Kim - by the way I've been meaning to tell you that you look fantastic! I know patience is key - it's just hard because I started a 6 month doctor supervised diet back in August and managed to lose 16 pounds before surgery -then I was on the liquid a week before surgery and added another 6 pounds - so going in I was down 22 pounds and then I lost another 7 the first two weeks after surgery and it's been flat for 3 weeks and I am eating less then I did when I was on the 6 month diet so it just seems like the scale should reflect that - but I know I have to get out of the diet mentality - it's just hard to get out of a diet mentality when it's been part of who I am my entire life..........I know you know what I mean! Anyway - I hope the scale moves for you too! Thanks for the words of wisdom - Patience will be my new mantra! Best Regards, Tammy
