Food & Exercise Log Tuesday
Hi Everybody
Today I will be very busier taxi mom for both kids to drop off and pick up from their baseball/Softball practice!
I have my daughter 's Easter stuffs in my office and I will fix up and wrap up pretty pink for her Easter basket. Of course, I do not put alot of candies for her except put one small cute chocolate bunny candy and drop some starburst in the color eggs and gave half bag to people at work to eat! I do not want my daughter to eat alot of candies and want her to have cute cool stuffs from her basket than candies.
B-nectar protein drink with alot of ice in big protein shake bottle
S- Load of water
L turkey, ham roll up with cheese with little mustard
S load of water
D ???? Not sure will be busy but will find something with protein food
S simple smart milk and load of water
Will do nordric walking around the filed while my daugther is practice with softball for an hour.

D~unsure, we have baseball practice tonight
I will do the Firm work out tonight when we get home from baseball or just before we go. No class tonight but I have to study for a big test that I have tomorrow.

S - no sugar added ice cream
All I want is protein bars! I still have this cold, feeling better but all I want to do is crawl in bed with a box of Pria bars and stay there. I don't know what it is about protein bars that I love so much but hey, at least I stopped eating the Pringles I was in love with last week!
I worked out for 20 min yesterday but then I started to feel dizzy and decided to stop. I guess I will do the same today, get as much exercise in as possible before it becomes too much for me.

S 1/2 a banana
L Turkey Bologna and LF cheese roll up
S Protien Shake after gym
D 2 small meatballs in sauce with a green salad
Came home from work and Ray was home because he had a half day of school so I showered up and we went to the gym. Got a good workout in and came home quite the tired puppy. Will coast the rest of the evening. Hope everyone has a great evening! Julio
