I'm a member of the Sept 2005 group of WLS patients and all of us are dealing in some way with a stall at this point. I'll be 7 months out on the 28th.
Try cutting out all of your carbs for a few days (good ones included) and walk at a more brisk pace. That should jump start your metabolism. Change one or more things around, because your body is getting used to whatever it is you're doing and not letting go of the weight.
I'm having a bit of a stall around 240 to 235 and back. I was 235 on Sunday, was 240 on Monday, and today after a brisk 4 mile walk and all protein yesterday and today, I'm back down to 235.
Gosh, I'm stuck at 95 lbs lost and I want to be in the century club!

He you! Sorry, We won't let you give up! We have all been stuck like you are now and it will get moving again! Young lady, You look wonderful and have come a long way so don't want to hear any of that "Fat Lisa" nonsense!!!! You just stick to it and get rid of that damm scale! There! Take Care and know we have been where you are now and have made it thru! You Will Too!

I wanted to take the time to thank all of you as I am on my poor me pitty kick. I will get over it. I think that I am doing bad by eating those packets of crackers and peanut butter each day as a snack. I am now sitting here at my desk on lunch and I am having chicken and onions and peppers that I threw in a pan last night and cooked up. I am so determined to get this off before summer. I have my appt with Dr Aranow next month and I am sure he is going to say "WHAT THE HE** have you been doing that your still the same weight". But I am going to pump up the protein again.
Also as far as water I WISH I could drink it. I can't for 2 reasons.
1. It HURTS so bad and
2. I retain it I drink and drink and I will not pee. (sorry if that is too much info LOL)
But I wanted to thank you all for your support it was nice to know that there are people out there on my BUTT to stick to this.
