Lori: I suggest you consult a nutritionist and get some blood work done. This way it will be in black and white what you need. My suggestion is a wonderful nutritionist in Fairfield. She works with many WLS patients. IF you would like her info I can email it to you. Towanda

The vitamins you should be taking every day are: 1. Chewable multi vitamin 2. Liquid or sublingual B12 3. Iron 4. Calcium (citrate not carbonate) chewable if possible. It doesnt really matter what brand you take, but it does matter that you TAKE them! OMGosh, I'm so worried for you having nevre taken vitamins. I take mine all the time and STILL have iron and b12 deficiency. PLEASE go see a PC and have a full blood workup done to see where you're at! good luck to you, lisa c
