Vitamins
The vitamins you should be taking every day are:
1. Chewable multi vitamin
2. Liquid or sublingual B12
3. Iron
4. Calcium (citrate not carbonate) chewable if possible.
It doesnt really matter what brand you take, but it does matter that you TAKE them! OMGosh, I'm so worried for you having nevre taken vitamins. I take mine all the time and STILL have iron and b12 deficiency. PLEASE go see a PC and have a full blood workup done to see where you're at!
