GRAZING ISSUE
Hi Folks,Grazing can be challenging and like most of you when the opportunity presents itself it's best to go grazing where the high protien stuff is. Went to a party saturday and did a tad of grazing and just made sure
I was eating shrimp, small piece of cheese, or fresh veggies without dip. One of the misconceptions alot of folks have about this surgery is that you have it, and "Bam" , you won't have to worry about your weight again. They don't realize thats it's a constant work in progress and the first 6 months are like "Training wheels" for us to get used to eating right. After those first 6 months the weight loss slows or stops for a liitle while and stress rears it's ugly head and want's you to comfort it with something, Like food! Thats when our mettle is tested and we decide what track to take and hopefully get it right.Thank goodness we have this site where we can for everything from help to a community hugg . Well, there's my two cents for whatever it was worth. Hope everyone has a great day! Julio
Hey there Kathy,
Thanks so much for posting this inspiration to all of us. As you know grazing is my downfall too. I am trying very hard to be so good about not getting back into that slump ever again. We all know its so easy to slip but we have to say to ourselves we have come this far and we can't let it get the better of us.
I am taking your always great advice my dear and following that program you sent me and stocking up on the good carbs and the protein.
Thanks for always being our motivation and inspiration. YOUR THE GREATEST AND WE LOVE YOU AND ADMIRE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hugs
