Christine How was your weekend ? Did you buy any clothes for your 1 anniversary present ? SMILE!
I will be busy at work and home tongiht but I do have time to do my exercise for an hour with my personal trainer today to do running.
B-Nectar protein drink ( not hungry this morning)
S some smoked almonds and load of water
L lettuce wrap with turkey and cheese with little mustard in it and few sliced of tomatoes
S load of water and nectar protien drink before I meet my trainer
D turkey meatloaf with green beans
S nectar protein drink and load of water
I refused to use any snacks after my dinner ( that is one of my rules)
Make s plan for your exercise 20 - 30 min today

Thanks again for your post for my 1 year anniversary, that was so sweet! I didn't buy any clothes but the bf and I went to Friendly's for some no sugar added icecream! Its nice to know that I can have options like that but I think that the maple walnut flavor was the real thing, it was just too good!

I am having so much chicken soup b/c the bf was sick this weekend, so I made some for him. But now I have his cold so I am eating the leftovers. I am also drinking lots of heavily diluted orange juice.
I hate exersing when I am sick but I gotta do something to move my body. I'll do something light after my meeting tonight for about 30 mins.

D Went to a party saturday and they loaded us up with leftovers to take home so its going to be a "Chicken and Veal Marsala night here with some "Tortalini Alfredo" I will just have a small piece of the chicken,(I don't eat Veal, can wait till the cows grow up to eat them!) and a small salad.
No gym today went yesterday with ray and after that spent the day working at the bakery.. Hope everyone has a great day! Julio

I did good on veggies this weekend. (finally) Had lots of salad, and when I went grocery shopping, I bough broccoli and squash etc. I'll try to be good this week.
Didnt get to the gym at all this weekend , and I had the day off yesterday and painted all day, so I kicked butt today on my lunch hour. FHEW!
