Good Morning Everybody, Hope you all had a good weekend and mine was good ! SMILE! Kim C. hope your cold is better by now! Christine How was your weekend ? Did you buy any clothes for your 1 anniversary present ? SMILE! I will be busy at work and home tongiht but I do have time to do my exercise for an hour with my personal trainer today to do running. B-Nectar protein drink ( not hungry this morning) S some smoked almonds and load of water L lettuce wrap with turkey and cheese with little mustard in it and few sliced of tomatoes S load of water and nectar protien drink before I meet my trainer D turkey meatloaf with green beans S nectar protein drink and load of water I refused to use any snacks after my dinner ( that is one of my rules) Make s plan for your exercise 20 - 30 min today Hugs Kathy k

Good morning, I need to start posting on the log again. here it goes B~ 1/2 Cup raisin Bran with 1/2 cup milk S~ 1/2 Banana L~ @ 3 oz. chicken breast S~string cheese D~ Not sure yet S~Roadside lemonaid No exercise tonight... I have class. Have a great day! Hugs, Chrissy

Thanks again for your post for my 1 year anniversary, that was so sweet! I didn't buy any clothes but the bf and I went to Friendly's for some no sugar added icecream! Its nice to know that I can have options like that but I think that the maple walnut flavor was the real thing, it was just too good! B - chicken soup S - light yogurt L - chicken soup S - protein bar D - veggie burger. no bun w/ cheese and salsa S - protein bar I am having so much chicken soup b/c the bf was sick this weekend, so I made some for him. But now I have his cold so I am eating the leftovers. I am also drinking lots of heavily diluted orange juice. I hate exersing when I am sick but I gotta do something to move my body. I'll do something light after my meeting tonight for about 30 mins.

Hi everybody! Christine! You just keep getting those liquids in you. Spring time colds are a real pain! B 1 scrambled egg with a few small pieces of steak thrown in . S cheese stick L 1 fish fillet S slice of turkey bologna D Went to a party saturday and they loaded us up with leftovers to take home so its going to be a "Chicken and Veal Marsala night here with some "Tortalini Alfredo" I will just have a small piece of the chicken,(I don't eat Veal, can wait till the cows grow up to eat them!) and a small salad. No gym today went yesterday with ray and after that spent the day working at the bakery.. Hope everyone has a great day! Julio

Hello all, B ~ tea (was rushing and not hungry, sorry Julio) S ~ Peanut Butter wheat crackers L ~ chicken and LF cheese sandwhich on LF wheat D ~ smart ones meal S ~ 100 cal snack packs (cookies) I did good on veggies this weekend. (finally) Had lots of salad, and when I went grocery shopping, I bough broccoli and squash etc. I'll try to be good this week. Didnt get to the gym at all this weekend , and I had the day off yesterday and painted all day, so I kicked butt today on my lunch hour. FHEW! Have a great day all. Bree
