i did a cartwheel today!

is that cool or what? i haven't tried that in years and boy did it feel good. I was out with the kids and abby kept trying to do handstands. when i was younger i was always doing that kind of stuff... so i thought i'd give it a try today...woohooo! hubby was pretty impressed that the ole girl could still do it...hee hee hee had to share, terri

I have to admit, Nancy that the cartwheel felt much better yesterday than it did today. Arms are a little sore, lol. Not bad since I expected to land myself in the emergency room. It felt great to be a kid again. thanks for sharing in my excitement terri

Even as a kid (chubby, husky, etc) I could not do a cartwheel! I will try that (with the help of my grandson!) soon. Good for you! Play like a child! We adults need more of that. Perhaps an OH olympics? It could include "cartwheeling"! Towanda
