I had surgery last yr in May and I did really good for a while did exercise ate good and for the past 2 months I went on vacation for 2 weeks and came back and haven't went back to the gym and I dont even remember how much to eat anymore. I feel like I fell of the horse and I dont know how to get back on. Any advice how much should I be eating at 15 months out ? and what do I do for exercise. I just don't know Ive even gained 5 lbs.

An observation from the long term veterans:

Record everything you eat
Plan exercise into your day
Know your calorie surplus/ deficit

The succesful people seem to do this daily even if their diet and exercise methods vary widely.  I started this at less than a month out.  I look at my spreadsheet and see if I've done well or poorly and fix the situation.

Right now there is a red x for my body sculpting routine instead of the number of calories burned.  I won't sleep tonight knowing that's there for no good reason.  I will finish this workout today.

Hope this helps.
