Home and banded! Thank you Mary...thanks all!
First, I want to thank my angel Mary for being so supportive of me before, during and after my surgery. You're the best Mary! She was the first person I saw when I registered into the hospital..stayed with me while Dr. Aranow was going over the procedure and telling me all the things that could go wrong and was the first smiling face I saw when I was wheeled back into my room! I had no idea that was your room too! How cool is that!
I would also like to thank everyone for all your support, prayers and encouragement. It means a great deal to me.
I will say this...I felt much better yesterday than I do today...I REALLY feel the soreness now!!! I was able to walk a lot at the hospital yesterday and today which helped.. Now it's just going to take time to heal...Hard to find a comfortable position for too long!!
Thank you again Mary for being there (and the flowers are absolutely beautiful too!)..Thank you all..and continued success to all of us..pre and post op!
Angie
PS: got to meet Dr. A's daughter today..she was making rounds with her daddy..She's precious!!
Hi, Angie!
Welcome home! Glad to hear that things are going well. If you're feeling up to it, don't forget that Tues. night is the 1st Tues. of the month, so it's the night for the monthly post-op only support group meeting at Middlesex (6:30 - 7:30 p.m.). Now you qualify to attend that meeting.
Hope to see you then,
Debby
