Congratulations on your date. You can lose that extra few lbs by May, just stay focused on the reward of improved health and vitality that will come your way after your surgery. PS you don't need the cigarrettes. All the best to you Sher L

Wow, you quit smoking? Good for you, that's so hard, you must be very focused on getting healthy. Well, if you can quit smoking, you can hang in there for a little while longer to lose some pounds. Isn't it amazing how easy it is to gain 17 lbs. This would be an utter catastrophe for a normally thin person, which is further proof that you need the surgery. Get all the junk out of your house and stay away from Dunkin Do-nots! I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you. Arline
