Food & Exercise Log THURSDAY
Hi Everybody,
I am going to watch my daughter to play string spring concert today even though I cannot hear but will be there to support her !
I will be busy after school with kids 's activies.
I will skip exercise today but will make up extra time tomrorow for exercise to replace today.
B-instant oatmeal (lower sugar)
S nectar protein drink and load of water
L sliced of tomatoes and some tuna salad with roll over lettuce
S nectar protein drink and load of water
D ham steak with brocoilli
S simple csmart milk and load of water

I wish I could feel all this spring warmth I keep hearing about! Its supposed to be 70 degrees today. I'm just glad its not snowing.
B - tuna on low carb wrap
S - light yogurt
L - another low carb wrap
S - cheese stick
D - boca burger w/ cheese & salsa, no bread
S - EAS bar
A coworker made some low carb Splenda brownies for me yesterday. It was very nice of her but as soon as I ate them, I felt sick. Turns out that although they are low carb, the 2 tiny pieces that I had were 15g of fat each! I don't dump in the classic sense but I felt like hell for the rest of the day. Just tired and nauseous. So I only worked out for 30 minutes yesterday, which means that I really have to try to get an hour in today.
B - Decaf coffee, Unjury Vanilla Shake
L - Cottage cheese w/strawberry and 2 oz. Chicken Salad w/light mayo
D - ??? don't know yet
S - SF pudding
So far I've gotten in 12 ounces of water - I can't drink anything until 1:00 but I'll be sip, sip, sipping my mouth off!
Excercise - 30 minutes on recumbent bike
I've hit a week long plateau and I'm only 3 weeks out - I know the band isn't doing it's work yet - so it is all me - I know, I need to give it time.....
Enjoy your daughter's concert - you will be the proud Mom!!
