Too much too soon

Sorry to hear about your knee and hope your knee will getting better. Maybe you will try Nordic Walking instead of running. No wonder why I hired Personal trianer to teach me proper ways to use running skills because I do not want to get injury myself.
Take care and keep your knee off from pressure.

Hey Dave, Sorry about that knee injury. When reading about your "Running Experences" I was thinking to myself, "God Bless Him" . Even on the treadmills I go no farther than a brisk walk. Am an old man and don't want to fall and break a hip! You just rest up, Your a young guy and will heal up soon enough. Take Care, Julio : wave:
