Food & Exercise Log Wednesday
Hey WLS Family,
I slept like a rock last night!! I was so busy at work and home last night. Today is going busy at work again and will busy with kids 's activies afterschool today.
I will go to gym to do 30 min cardio today.
B-scramble egg with mozz cheese and little mushroom
S load of water
L stuffed pepper
S load of water( nectar protein drink)
D undecided
S simple smart milk and load of water

B - cottage cheese w/ nuts & protein powder
S - light yogurt
L - tuna on low carb wrap
S - low fat string cheese
D - ??
S - south beach bar
I have a hard time with dinner! I have read that if you eat 12 oz or more of tuna you are at risk for mercury poisioning so I have been trying to cut down. But its just so easy to make and pouch friendly!
I did 50 min of cardio/Kickboxing last night but I am trying to make my way up to a consistant hour of exercise a day. I know I need it to tone my body and I eat so many carbs (to keep my blood sugar up) if I slack on it I know I'll regain. So thats the plan tonight, keep your fingers crossed!

Will go to the gym on lunch.
I am so happy. I dont feel any restriction from the fill (that I can tell) but I have lost 3 lbs this week. I dont know if its the fill or what. Someone did mention to me that a womans cycle could throw off your weight for the week too. So I am not sure if thats why I went up last week or the fill is why I went down this week. But either way, its just fine with me and I WILL continue!!

Looking like a chicken Fajita night here, Will have a little filling with a small salad.
