Food & Exercise Log Tuesday
Good Morning Everybody,
Yesterday I did not have chili. I made the first time for chicken with citrus-avacado salad. Not bad at first time to try to eat peeled pitted and diced avocado....
I will go outside to do nordic walking for half hour during my lunch time . i have to change the kids and mine clothes from Winter clothes to Spring/Summer clothes this weekend!
B-egg salad ( my daugther colored the eggs!!!)
S load of water and nectar protein ice tea
L stuffed pepper
S loado f water
D cod with green beans
s simple smart milk and load of water

B - fat free cottage cheese w/peanuts & protein powder
S - light yogurt or WLS friendly baked good from coworker (she's nice)
L - tuna or toppins off of pizza (they are giving it away here at work)
S - handful of nuts
D - tuna on low carb wrap
S - south beach bar
I tried to burst into spring wearing some "springy" shoes and I am just freezing! I have to buy some socks at lunch. But I also need to pack away the heavy sweaters and stuff. Hopefully we won't be needing that stuff anymore!
More cardio/kickboxing tonight, I only got 40 mins in last night, hoping to increase that tonight.

L 2oz's baked chicken with a few brocolli florets
S Slice of cold cut ham
D 2 meatballs in sauce with a small salad.
No gym today, Resting from yesterday. Will take a ride to no where on my Excersize bike! Everyone have a great day! Julio

I did my hour at the gym today on lunch. I can certainly see a difference in what I can do now as opposed to what I could do 3 mos ago. I stop now cause I run out of time or I did the distance I was supposed to, not because I cannot go anymore. What a great feeling.

PS - I wore the "springy" shoes today too. Had to show off the new pedicure!

Good evening,
I am very late in my posting not a good couple of days for me. Was home yesterday due to my nerves catching up with me and my period which gets worse and worse every month. Feel like a teenager all over again.
Am involved in a thing with my union and my boss and it royally sucks. She is just not getting it. I am so nervous about all of this all these meetings and letters and not knowing how she will react after all of this. Its so depressing and stressful.
Well enough of my complaining.

D: Tunasalad, lettuce and cheese out of a six inch subway sub

Lots of walking today. Not much exercise tonight, very crampy today. Just need to relax on the couch. Veg out night, hopefully tomorrow will be better.
Well guys wish me luck and pray the week gets better. I don't know how much more stress I can handle.

Hey everyone-
My diet has been so bad and I actually learned a lesson from it last night, when I went to a concert and passed out 3 times!! (i thought I was dying)...
B- Protein delite vanilla very berry
L- 1 teaspoon tuna
S- lf string cheese
D- 1 scramled egg on whole wheat toast (I only ate half)
No gym today because of what happened last night, I'm trying really hard to eat better, yesterday all I ate was some cottage cheese, and a handful of peanuts..... but i'm really starting to feel what i'm doing to myself and I told the doctor, and now I have to go for a bunch of tests... I know I did it to myself so i'm really trying to work on things now...
