Weigh****chers

Hi all, Was just wondering if anyone after their weightloss stopped after the surgery if they have done Weigh****chers? They say they now have a plan that is low carb high protein called the "Core Program", was just wondering if anyone after WLS has tried it and if it worked at all for them or if they ran into problems with that program. Hi Beth, I am currently doing weigh****cher and it has worked for me. If I would stick to it like I should it would work better. Last week I lost 3 pounds on it. I like it because the portions are small so it keeps my calorie intake low. Good Luck Magaly
