Good morning Everybody, I did not feel like to go work this morning but I am at work anyway. Mondays are not my favorite day. The weather this past weekend was okay but I am looking forward more wramer weather this week coming. I have to eat more green stuffs for rebuild my iron level. I am little tired even though I am taking iron pills but I will go for bloodwork next month to find out the results but I think I am running little too much which took my metabolism but will talk with my personal trainer about this. B-instant oatmeal (lower sugar) S Nectar protein drink and load of water some smoked almonds by handful L chef salad with low fat dressing S load of water D chili with ceddar cheese S Smile smart milk and celery with peanut butter top Have a great day and don't forget to do exercise today for 15 min or more I will do upper body and sit up abs at gym during my lunch time Kathy K

Happy Monday! B - Bariatric Advantage cereal w/ soy milk S - yoplait light yogurt L - chicken w/ a bit of potatoe (leftovers) S - cheese stick D - tuna on low carb wrap S - south beach bar I walked for 5 hours straight this Saturday in NYC so I took yesterday off to rest my hips, which were killing me. So its back to cardio/kickboxing tonight but honestly it might only be for 30 mins. I am still feeling sore and I afraid that I am overdoing the exercise a bit. Have a great day guys!

Looks like a great day shaping up. I will definately be seeing some warmer temps this week as i am heading to fort myers, fl for a nana visit. me and the girls will be heading out wednesday morning. i can't wait to see how much slack i have on the airplane seatbelt. hee hee hee. getting a late start this morning due to having to take the girls for their yearly physicals this morning, so thought i'd post in on the food log. b - pear slices and mozz cheese l- salad w/chicken s - s beach diet bar d - steak and spinach/mushrooms s- sf popcicle hope to get in a walk today, if not, yoga video. have been in a diet and exercise slump lately. i am looking forward to getting back on track have a great day, terri

It is so nice out there today!!!! B: South beach cereal bar L: salad, no dressing with 3oz of cheddar cheese. found this new cheese - sharp cheddar (stop and shop brand) that is 7 grms protein per ounce. S: orange and 10 oz isopure D: green beans S: simply smart milk 67 grms of protein i have rehearsal tonight - so no "formal" exercise - but i will be on my feet for three hours. QUESTION - what do people think of dinner not being their big meal of the day? My thinking is that I just assume get my protein in during the day and have a ligher meal for dinner and last snack. Just curious. have a great day!

I tend to eat more during the day myself. Dinner is usually tuna salad or something else simple b/c its darn hard to cook 4 ozs of food. 67 g of protein would be pretty low for me but I bet I am heavier than you are and I eat more (based on our food logs). But as long you are getting in all your protein and such, I wouldn't think it would matter.

Hello all, and happy spring !!! B ~ Cereal with FF milk S ~ coffee w/ splenda L ~ baked chicken and corn D ~ baked chicken, corn and parmesan noodles (leftovers from last night) S ~ SF/LF Pudding Whew, I just came back from the gym. I did like 25 mins on the elipticle. (SP?) I love to hate that machine if you know what I mean. LOL It's such a good workout and I feel it for a few days when I do a good workout on it. Still dont feel much difference with the fill, I hope it "kicks in" soon. I would love a bit of restriction. I have been told it takes a bit sometimes. Bree

Hi folks! What a wonderful day out there, Went to gym in shorts and T shirt! B peperoni and cheese roll up S cheese stick L Crab salad/ cheese , rolled up in a 6 inch tortilla. S protien shake D Turkey kielbasa with a small salad. Hard day at work, lots of heavy lifting, got thru it and buckled down and went to gym afterward. Got a great workout in and feeling alot better than I did when I walked into the gym! "Go Figure" . Hope everyone has a great day! Julio P.S. I know alot of people that have their big meal at lunchtime. Know alot of people from Europe do that.
