Food & Exercise Log THURSDAY
Good Morning Everybody,
First of all, Christine Thank you for being honest to confess about eating wrong foods. I am so proud of you for this because that is what Pre-op and post op needs to see this. We cannot be perfect but using our tools to help us to stick on it. That is what for to use tools to help you to keep on track. You can start great food log today You can do it!
I will go to gym for 30 min to do cardio stuff during my lunch time and will be busy with my kids and some houseworks tonight ( will wash our clothes and clean little )
B-cold chicken
S nectar ice tea and load of water
L lean cruise
S some smoked almonds and load of propel water
D have not decide yet
S Simple smart milk and load of water
Try to make plan to do exercise for 15 min or more today . YOU CAN DO IT!!! GO FOR IT

Thanks for the support Kathy! I feel good about the rest of yesterday, made good choices and got a bit more exercise in.
B - tuna & fat free ricotta w/ some peanuts (odd but yummy!)
S - light and fit yogurt
L - chili
S - string cheese
D - albacore w/ salsa
S - south beach bar
I freak out and feel like a failure when I over eat and I am glad that I have you guys for support! Back on track today! On a positive note, one of my coworkers noticed that I don't eat many of the things that are brought in and offered to make something WLS friendly for me. I thought that was very nice of her.
Well more cardio/kickboxing tonight!
Well I made it through day one of my mushy food and managed to get on the scale and GAINED a pound!! That is soooo frutstrating! But it is what it is - I'll just stay the course and pray that all will fall in place.....I refuse to go to my profile and add that pound in there - it will come off and then some!........
B - 2 Scrambled Eggs, Piece of cheese w/ketchup (went down fine)

L - Chicken Salad with light mayo and avocado

D - Bocco Burger w/mashed potato

S - SF Pudding
I have to figure out my protein intake - it I don't get enough I'll add a scoop of unjury to the pudding.

D 1/2 barber frozen chicken breast.
Lots of Crystal light today. Nice to see the days getting warmer. Went to gym and got a good workout in. Hope everyone has a great evening!

P.S. Tammy, you may want to switch over to"Sweet Potato's" if they are going to be part of your diet for a while. They are better for you. Good luck and keep up the good work!

What is 1/2 barber frozen chicken breast - is that the barber food brand? My mother used to buy those.......
When you eat turkey and cheese roll ups - how much turkey do you have and how much cheese?
Do you put anything on your Turkey lettuce cheese wrap? What kind of lettuce do you use?
