Food & Exercise Log Wednesday
Good Morning Everybody,
I just filled out on the registration form for Spring Stride 2006 19th Annual at L M Hospital 5K RACE and our WLS Terri C. will join with me to do Nordric Walking with other Nordric Walking Team. I am looking forward for this. If someone from our area are interesting to join this race then email me . I will send you the registration form.
My son have alot of projects and we will go to the store to get supplies for his projects after work today.
B- lower sugar instant oatmeal
S nectar protein drink and load of water
L stuffed pepper
S load of water
D cod with green beans
S simple smart milk and nectar protein drink
Will work out for cardio and upper weight lift at gym during an hour from my lunch.

I can barely get through my kickboxing DVD. lol

S - light & fit yogurt
L - chili
S - cheese stick
D - ?? got errands to run after work
Picking up my six year old sister after work, babysitting until my mother picks her up. I will be tempted, I am sure, to slack on my workout after this ordeal. lol But I will make sure to get at least 1/2 hour in tonight.

Lots of water today. Will do my walking at lunchtime and then again tonight if not too cold out. Exercise bike for an hour.

Hey - Now that I'm eating food I can join you guys!!
B - A spoon of cottage cheese - decided that I didn't want it and cooked myself a scrambled egg with ketchup - YUM! I also had a couple tablespoons of mashed up avocado
S - I doubt I'll have one but I'll drink water!!
L - Chicken Salad mashed to death w/low fat mayo and maybe a little more of the avocado (I'm loving those avocados!)
S - Water
D - A Bocca Burger with Mashed Potato
S - A Tablespoon of Light Whipped Cream w/a tsp. of peanut butter
How does that sound for my first day of Mush???

Hi Everyone,
Very, very tired... Been helping my two friends move and unpack. I went yesterday to see Dr. Goodkind and boy is he very nice. I did not get a price yesterday and they will be mailing it to me. But he did say that the max would be about $8500.00. Wow when you look at those pictures he takes you really see what you look like. I am going to see another plastic surgeon on Friday and then will decide who....

D Leftover corned beef and cabbage from saturday
Lots of water, No gym today. Really too it to the limit yesterday and till around noon today was feeling it. Feel better now so will go on a ride to nowhere on the excersize bike. Hope everyone has a great day! Julio

Just confessing here, I ate ALOT of food today. I am always a sucker for free food and for once they actually had some decent options here at work today, meatballs, custard pie, hershey kisses, I had it all. I usually try to stay under 1000 calories and I am looking at 1400 today when it is all over. I think I am at 110 carbs!
I know I am crazy but I just feel like if I am open about stuff like this I won't do it.

Hey Girl, we all slip from time to time, it's ok. The fact that you felt guilty about it means that you will be back on track again ! I snuck a hershey kiss at my friends bakery yesterday. They were baking those peanut butter cookies with the hershey kiss in the middle, (Big Cookies) they offered me one and I just had a kiss out of the bag. Be well! Julio

I'm feeling so depressed right now, not too sure why but I joined the gym on Monday worked out monday and tuesday but not today too sore but i'll be there tomorrow...
