Good Morning Everybody,
Just a quick input for today before I will be very busy at work and home tonight. Today is first day of Spring but it don't feel like Spring today to us!
B-sliced of ham, mozz cheese
S load of water
L tuna salad
S nectar protein drink and load of water
D sirloin pork with green beans
s Simple smart milk and load of water
Will meet my trainer at gym for full body workout

Good Afternoon all,
Busy weekend as usual, today is a crazy crazy day at work. The phones are off the wall and people are signing up for classes left and right. A usual maniac Monday.
B: Delite Protein Powder and Carbcount Milk
S: Atkins Protein Shake
L: Weight Control Oatmeal
S: crackers
D: Probably ham and lf cheese rollups
S: sf icecream maybe
Lots of propels today and snapple sf iceteas. Alot of water too. Trying to get this weight to move, still not working!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

D Baking some boneless pork chops so a bit of one and some salad
Busy monday here too. Lots of heavy lifting, got a good workout in and came home to the box with the part to fix my stoves oven that died friday so got that puppy up and runing too! So a very productive monday! Everyone have a great Day! Wave:

I did my exercise this morning when my girlfriend had to have the house they are selling empty and we were running up and down the stairs like we were crazy. After school I am helping them unload our cars which are packed. Some things you just can't let the movers take.
