Hi Everybody It is FRIDAY !!!!! What you are planning this weekend? We will go see someone who will fix our income tax then will go home depot to buy more stuffs for our remodel addition. on Saturday, I will do normal errands around housework and other things to do. Sunday we will visit my favorite Aunts. Happy Patrick's Day!! Opps I did not wear any green today Have a nice weekend! B-nectar protein drink (was rush to work this morning) S -some smoked almonds and load of water L - tuna salad with some cherry tomatoes S load of water D cod with some green beans S simple smart milk and load of water Will do 45 min cardio during my lunch time at work Kathy K :angels:

Happy St Pattys Day! The only green I own is the dress I wore to the WLS dance and I would look awfully out of place on the bus wearing that! B - protein bar 5:30 am S - tuna on low carb wrap 7:30 L - another tuna wrap S - protein bar D - chicken?? out w/ bf tonight I am on my way as we speak to visit the bf in NJ. Already did a short workout this morning as I will be busy for the rest of the day. Just stopped by to say thank you to whoever suggested I go back to Walmart for the protein powder. The vanilla whey is so good is it unbelievable! I put in my water bottle w/ my crystal light and its like roadside lemonade! Nice weekend everyone!

Good Morning, Its a beautiful day out today. Happy St Patrick's Day everyone. Watch out for those leprechauns. lol B: hard boiled egg S: cup of tea L: ham and lf cheese rollups S: yogurt D: not sure going out with my best friend tonight probably share appetizer S: none Lots of propel and snapples today. Will go out walking at lunchtime. Have an early day today, getting out of work early due to comptime. Can't wait!!!! Tonight going to CT Post with my best friend Liz to shop and then have a couple of drinks. Our monthly get together. It will be fun. I am so excited, Erin got a cat last night. Tom and Maryjo gave us their cat Cledus. He is gorgeous and so loveable. Erin is so happy to finally have a pet. He is following her everywhere, sleeping on her bed and playing and cuddling with us. I am so thankful my hubby Tom said it was okay, he has become the hero in the house. Erin is so happy she is beaming. Thanks so much to Maryjo and Tom. We love you guys!!!!!!!!!! Well its a nice day at the office, quiet and not crazy as usual. The weekend should be fun, lots to do as always. Have a fun mystery theme birthday party to go to on Sunday. Tomorrow we are not sure yet what we are doing but it will be a usual Saturday of groceries and housework. EVERYONE HAVE A VERY HAPPY ST PATRICKS DAY AND BE SAFE!!!!!!! Hugs Kim

Hello My Friends, I am so happy its Friday, this has been a crazy week for me. Very busy at work and have been helping my two good friends pack, pack, pack.... I will be helping them move this weekend and don't have anything else planned. Oh yeah, back to school on Monday so homework on its way....
