I am so proud of you for keeping your tools and involved alot of activies to relate Obesity Help to help pre op and post people.

You are still look beautiful for our OH Queen

You're too sweet Kathy!! Thanks for remembering and posting so EARLY!! Yep 2 years ago today, totally unbelievable. Back then: - I was wearing a 3x and barely fitting in that - I was on 2 Blood pressure meds - I had high cholesterol and was just about to start on meds for that - I never moved from my couch - I never went out socializing or spoke in public Today: - I'm wearing a size 10! - I'm on NO meds! - I have LOW blood pressure and cholesterol - I take an aerobics class 3x/week AND hit the gym - I am never home! I run a support group, do volunteer work, chat on Message boards, have my own website, DANCE in public, run for QUEEN, and have wonderful new friends! Life is so much different now! WLS has given me a new life. But it is only a tool to help get you where you should be. The journey to keep yourself there is HARD, I don't want to fool anyone! The surgeons (thanks Dr Reinhold) operate on our stomachs but our minds are still what got us to be obese in the first place. My journey to the freedom from obesity has been wonderful. Now the rest of my journey will be to keep discovering who 'Thin' Carla is and to make her my best friend for life. Thanks to my OH family for joining me on this journey - may we all enjoy our thin selves forever!!! Hugs!!! (and thanks again Kathy!!) Carla Obesity Help Support Group Leader

Hey! Kathy Beat me too it! DARN! She gets up too early....and i have 2 little ones...I should be up early. anyways..... My Dear Angel Carla! Happy 2nd anniversary! I cant beleive it has been 2 years already! How much your life has changed! I am sooo very proud to call you my angel....you are a "true" example of what this surgery is all about! You should be so proud of yourself and all the accomplishments you have achieved for yourself in the past 2 years! You are an inspiration to sooo many of us! Not only are you the OH queen , but you are also the "dancing" queen! Keep up the great work! Happy St. Patrick's day! I'll never forget your anniversary....what a day!.....LOL
