Food & Exercise Log Wednesday
Good Morning Everybody,
It is cold outside this morning BRRRR Where is the Spring? I will be very busy at work and at home too today. I am going to L M Support Group meeting tonight at 600 pm and hope to see new and old faces there.
B-lower sugar quaker instant oatmeal
S load of water and maybe handful of smoked almonds
L- tuna salad
S load of water and nectar protein drink
D Chef salad
S Simple smart milk and load of water
No exercise today but will make up extra time tomorrow for today

B - turkey & cheese on low carb wrap
S - string cheese
L - 4 small meatballs w/ fat free ricotta cheese & salsa
S - cottage cheese w/ protein granola
D - tuna steak
S - south beach bar
Well I am happy to report that I stuck to my food plan yesterday and kept my calories under 1000 while still getting my required carbs, protein & water in. I feel good, more alert and awake b/c of the "good" carbs that I am getting in. My waist is still thick however, wearing a size 16 skirt this morning. I am hoping that my period will stop soon, we are looking at week 4 starting tomorrow. Other than that I am also keeping up with the new exercise, kickboxing is tough! But I am hoping that all the sweating and panting will pay off in the end.

Big cup of Decaf coffee this morning followed by a few big cups of green tea. Went to gym and got a good workout in and right now just pondering making dinner. Hope everyone has a great evening. Take Care, Julio

Well I've not been so good lately been having some problems with food being stuck...... so i bought some papaya enzymes today and they work great!!
B- nothing
S- nothing
L- cottage cheese with 2 pear slices and some peanuts
S- 1/2 of atkins protein bars
D- chicken w/ vegetables
S- dont know yet
