Kim Dear! Thankfully the weight loss is not a physical issue! WHEW! Ok - so now the hard part, right? Well, I'm here for you, of course, as is everyone on this board. So keep me posted on your new plan and anything I can do to help you out, you know you just need to ask. To that end - coming to group next week??? Hugs, Carla OH Support Group Leader

Hey Lisa, I will let you know what they have to say. I hope its nothing to severe, but I need alot of help to get out of this slump. You are still new, you will get past this. I went through that at 6 months and then started losing again. Just stick to your plan and take it slow. Be positive and you will get there too. I am here for you sweetie. Hugs KimC

Hello my dear Carla, I am going to talk to Jessie to see what they have planned for me and I will let you know. I promise I will be at your next support group next week. I really need to be there. Its been so rough on me. I am feeling trapped and down about all of this weight rollercoastering and being stuck for so long. Thanks sweetie, for always being there. Hugs KimC
