Well I am six days out and I have lost 42 Lbs from my first visit to Now!!!!!!!

Surgery last week went very good Dr. was great.  Did not like the Hospital at all tho!!!!!!!!!!

no complications at all so doing great!!!!!!!

I'm two years out with lap band.  Saturday I had a 25th wedding anniversary party for my sister and her husband.  I tried to drink a Mike's Hard Lemonade (Raspberry).  I took one sip and started to burp.  I was so uncomfortable and gave it to my husband.  Too much carbonation.  The band saved me from myself . . . again.
I miss taking big bites . . . like a hot dog with the works.  I don't miss not being able to walk that well with the extra weight.  Or taking meds for hbp, diabetes and cholesterol.  Thank goodness I was able to have this wonderful surgery.
