Food & Exercise Log Monday
Good morning Everybody,
You know me !! I hate MONDAYS!!!! Anyway, I was busy to help my daughter to give people girlscout cookies and collect money. I remembered I used to eat all from the whole boxes. My favorite girlscout cookies were Thin Mints and Trefoils. It dont bother me while my hubby and the kids were eating that cookies even thought I only bought 5 cookies boxes for my family not I used to buy more than ten boxes in the past.
I had a good relax weekend this past weekend. It was so beautiful day last Saturday. I heard another snow storm is on the way this Friday. Yuck!
Let's keep our prayers for our "sister" Towanda and hope everything will turn out good news!

L slices of hams , mozz stick with sliced of tomatoes

D chicken with brocolli
S simple smart milk and load of water Maybe SF jello
Will meet my wonderful trainer Glo today for full body exercise.

Happy Monday! I had a pretty boring weekend so I am actually happy to be at work, isn't that sad? lol

D - tuna steak
S - handful of sugar free jelly beans
Better eating yesterday, still some grazing but I feel much better about where I am now. Did alot of exercise this weekend. My new kickboxing DVD is hard! I am already feeling my arms getting toned and I am hoping that even if I don't lose anymore weight that at least I will look leaner over time. At any rate, I am excited even though some of my pants are still tight across the middle. Who would think gaining 3 lbs would make your clothes not fit? lol

Lots of propel waters today and snapple sf icetea. Will do my usual walking around the building today. Tonight Erin has CCD so I won't get alot of exercise in, just the bike.

Howdy, Howdy Folks! Day started out yukky but by 1:30 pm the sun was shining! Yessssssssssssssss!
B 1/2 steak and cheese grinder

D Baked chicken tenders with a small salad.
Drinking my fill of decaf green tea today. My son had a half day at school so we both got to go to gym after a little mild suggesting! He's always glad he went after we go thru this! Fifteen is a tough age for him and me! Got good workout's in and ready to relax a little before I start supper. Yesterday went well till dinner time as my son started "Schooching" his mom and driving her nuts,(can't imagine where he got that from) , so had to in my own subtle way calm him down. . Never eat when your upset! Ends up in Was a shame, made a Puerto Rican roast pork shoulder "Penir' ( you listening Magdaly ) Was awsome!! Sigh, Thank goodness for leftovers!
