Home and Healing

I am home and feeling fine - a bit sore but it was really nothing compared to what I had built up in my mind!! Never took a pain pill, I was just sore from the minute I woke up. I did get to go home the same day (after a 4 hour watch to make sure my saturation level did not drop below 94 and then an extra hour because my blood sugar was high at the fourth hour - talk about an extra careful anestisiologist -sp?). It was all good though. I went out yesterday for a while and have been walking around the house. I have to be out of work for the week. Thanks to all those who supported me by having me in their thoughts and prayers! It meant so much to me. Have a great Sunday! Hugs to all, Nancy K

gallbladders are over-rated! :P Glad that all went well - I remember when I had my gallbladder out the most painful thing was the car ride home - those bumps really did a number - after that it was a pretty easy recovery. Best Regards, Tammy 4 days post op!
