I am doing fine except for being able to eat just about anything.......I am struggleing some with this and have gained about 14lbs (my total weight loss was 114lbs) over the past year. I need to get back into the groove and use my tool to it's best advantage. I was doing fine with keeping my weight loss stable until the past 8 months or so. RNY is a tool, the tool works as long as I follow the rules and I need to get back on track.
