Thank god today it is Friday
Heard it will be warmer tomorrow !!! I will go for nordric walking for 5 miles tomorrow and enjoy this warm weather
Have a nice weekend! No meats for me today I am catholic

D cod with green beans
S simple smart milk and nectar protein drink
will use gym to weight upperbody during my lunch time

Five miles, my goodness! I am in awe of you Kathy! After an hour of aerobics I am ready to collapse on the ground. You are wonderful!

201 lbs again this morning. Thanks to Julio for your encouraging words yesterday. I know that I will lose again in time, I just have to continue to eat right and exercise.
I had a great moment this morning. I took a later bus to work, one is much more crowded. A year ago I would have had a bit of anxiety about getting on a crowded bus b/c I felt like people wouldn't want to sit next to me. So I would stand even if there were seats availible if it meant sitting next to someone. I didn't want to make anyone fell uncomfortable. But this morning I got right on the bus and sat next to this guy, no big deal. It helps me to think how far I have come.

D Slice of White Clam Pizza
Went to gym with my son . Got a good workout in. A tad tired as I woke at 11pm last nite to go into work at midnight to get my hours in So I could go to doctor's appointment this morning. Will take it easy rest of the nite. Take care, Julio
