Happy Thursday!
B - Eggs, ground beef & cheese
S - cottage cheese
L - small salad w/ tuna
S - decaf coffee w/ protein shake
D - more eggs, ground beef & cheese
Well all that stuff I said about not weighing myself went right out the window when I found out that my bf is not coming to get my scale until next week. I weighed in at 201 this morning, up 5 lbs from my all time low of 196. Its not a complete mystery why I have gained, I've eaten alot things that I shouldn't have since Saturday and haven't worked out since Thursday before last night. For me, over eating and no exercise equals weight gain, simple as that. So I beat myself up a little but there is nothing to be done about except eat correctly and exercise more.

I was busy this morning and I am proud of you to input your food/excercise log this morning SMILE! Can you give this scale to your BF so he can hid it from you and will bring back when it is one year anniversary!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM SCALE! You know me! Try to increase more protein and alot of water (try up to 100 oz if you can) I drink 6 bottle of 20 oz per day.
I will meet PS doctor this afternoon and will let you know about it tomorrow.
B- mozz stick and broiled egg
S load of water
L tuna salad with few sliced of tomatoes
S load of water
D chicken with salas and mozz cheese top with green beans
S simple smart milk and nectar protein drink
no exercise today but will make up extra time for exercise tomorrow

He Christine, Don't sweat it! That happened to me a couple of weeks ago. Weighed in on a friday at 249 and on monday was 254!! Was so funny, got on and off that scale 3 times to make sure it was working right! Only bloody thing I did that weekend was replace the garage door opener! Figured I was just retaining water from all the stress of working in that cold garage. Just got back in the game and was back to 249 in a week! So, Relax, Look in the Mirror, Your Beautiful!
