Food & Exercise Log Wednesday
Good Morning Everybody,
I am seeing Plastic Surgeon , Maryjo's Doctor Dr Goodkind for second opinion for full tummy and breast lift tomorrow. I would like to have this surgery in middle of August so I can enjoy funs with my kids, friends and family this Summer. I will be CRAZY
for cannot excercise for 6 weeks until doctor approved. I will drive my hubby, my mom , kids and friends CRAZY! I will keep walking alot. I will keep you post about this tomorrow.
B- boiled egg and mozz stick cheese
S load of water
L- stuffed green pepper
S Load of water
D- have not decided yet
S nectar protein drink and load of water
will do cardio and do sit up abs at home for an hour tonight
Dont forget to do exercise for 15 min or more today

I have decided not to weigh myself until my 1 year post op appt. which is on April 13th. This is both good and bad. Its good b/c I won't drive myself crazy about gaining 2 ozs but its bad b/c without that constant personal accountability, I already feel like its a food vacation. I have eaten horribly, potato chips, popcorn and just plain over eating. So I need to set my mind that reality is coming, its just not every morning anymore.

I am so proud of you to keep exercise up there even thought it is so cold weather up there! Hope you can come down to go Summer Picnic on June 24th if you and your hubby are visiting your family here. Drag your friend Mary Short with you to go this party to keep you company there!

Good morning everyone,
Well its a beautiful day out there and the sun is shining, I hope it stays this way the rest of the week and weekend. We have our St Patricks parade on Saturday in Milford and its always fun.
B: Atkins Coffee Latte shake
S: Cup of tea and protein bar
L: Egg salad with some crackers
S: sf jello
D: Not sure yet, probably ham and cheese rollups
S: sf philly swirl or icecream
Lots of waters and diet snapples today will walk at lunchtime and then tonight going for my family walk with Erin and then our exercise fun at home. Meeting with the trainer tonight at 5pm to see what program they offer. Wish me luck

Drank my fill of Decaf Mandarin Orange green tea today. Was yummy. Went to the gym and worked these old bones pretty good . Walked back to the car with my jacket over my arm , enjoing the sun. What a lovely day, take care All!, Julio
