Good Morning Everybody, Please help Kim C to get more feedback about a place for Summer Picnic before we decided which place is best for all of us. Come on Fairfield gangs, we need your feedbacks I have alot of works here but here is Tuesday Food/Exercise Log: B- lower sugar quaker insant oatmeal S load of water L tuna salad S nectar protein drink and load of water D shrimps with small salad S simple smart milk and load of water will do upper weight lift at work during my lunch hour then will do an hour for cardio on treadmill at home tonight Have a good day! Sorry, I havent been around for a few days, my life has been a bit crazy. I havent had time for the gym in a few days, but the strange thing is I have lost the most weight in the last 3 days. Hummmm B ~ Low sugar Oatmeal S ~ Decaf tea W/ splenda L ~ Chicken & LF cheese roll up S ~ LF oatmeal cookie D ~ chicken of some sort I will try to get to the gym today on my lunch. Happy Tuesday! Took a long walk between work and meeting yesterday so I feel ok about no exercise today. Middlesex meeting tonight, everyone bring copies of your receipes! B - Baratric Advantage cereal (sample) 15g of protein! S - cottage cheese L - small salad w/ tuna S - protein bar D - probably salad bar at Ruby Tuesday after Middlesex meeting. I just saw my mom this morning, who I haven't seen in like a month and she looked at me like she didn't know who I was. lol She was like "where are your legs?" lol That is my mom's way of saying that look like I lost more weight. She was smiling and very proud of me. Nothing is better than your mom being proud of you. Well...I bought some Old Navy jeans in a size 10 yesterday from Goodwill. Thats a close second.

Hey Christine, I can understand why your mom didn't recognize you. You need to update that picture. I got you mixed up with TT at ehe party because she had the hairdo you have in your picture! You look Wonderful Girl! B Ham and cheese roll up S Chese stick L cup of New england clam chowder S Protien Shake D Veggie burger with slice of LF cheese, no bun, small salad No gym today, Just went for a walk after work. Okay guys went to weigh****chers today and I gained three pounds in Puerto Rico not two... B - Coffee S - Rice Cake L - Weigh****cher Steak with Veggies S - String Cheese D - Weigh****cher Meal I am going to try to eat lesser per seating and eat 6 times. I am going to stay with my points because last week I did not do too good. So now I have to lose the three so in total 19 pounds... Wow I did not think about this when I was eating all those spanish dishes.... I am done with school for this semester today and have a week and half off.. That is great... Can't wait till May when its all over...
