Food & Exercise Log Monday
Hey Gangs,
I am not full wake this morning and I hate coffee!!!! You know me... I Hate Mondays!! Kim C., MaryJo , Carla and I are working on our next party called 2nd Annual Summer WLS Party in June and it will be in New Haven area bu****ch for our post for announcement by Kim C. on this Ct Message board. Last year it was in Waterford, Ct at Harkness State park.We will do same thing again to do raffles to raise $$ for Obesity fountain like we did last year.
Okay It is time to do make your plan to do exercise no matter you are so busy. I always make one hour everyday for my excercise even though I am very busy at work and home too. Three times a week is better than nothing. I am looking forward Spring because I like to be outside until the sun goes down after 700 pm.
I will meet my persoanl Trainer Glo to work out hard for an hour for full body tonight.
B- cold chicken
but I was rush this morning and need that for protein!
S load of water and some almonds
L stuffed Green pepper ( my mom made it for me Lucky I have a wonderful mom!)
S Load of water and nectar protein drink
D chef salad
S Simple smart milk and load of water

Ok..going to the gym tonight with my daughter Lauryn. I have to tell you my buddies and I have wimped out on walking a lot this winter. I need to get back to it. I miss it! Thank God for the gym tho!

D-Lauryn and I will split our chicken w/lite caesar dressing for dinner
S=string cheese w/1 slice of roast beef wrapped

Thank the Lord! Finally we will get to see the "new" you once your picture is posted! You looked very pretty at the dance and I was happy that you joined us on the dance floor!

D - no idea, maybe just a protein bar after meeting tonight
I am going to the Hamden support group tonight, where I hear there will be samples of protein and supplements. If I can get home at a decent hour, I will do my Leslie Sansome dvd for an hour. Just in case, I think I will take a long walk between work and the meeting, just to move my muscles a bit.

Good morning everyone.
I have a busy day of packing today. Mike and I leave for San Diego tomorrow. I'm so excited. Finally I get to take this vacation that has had to be cancelled twice. We will be staying with friends and she is five months pregnant and I am so happy for her. We will also be taking her 9 year old up to Disneyland for a few days so that will be fun as well.
B- South Beach breakfast wrap
S- 1.5 oz Detour Bar
L- Power Butter and SF jelly on 5 saltines
S- SF pudding with Cool Whip Light
D- Flank steak rolled with cheese and spinach
S- Protein Bar
My legs are still sore from dancing believe it or not. What fun that was. For exercise today I will do 6 miles on the exercise bike and crunches.
Kathy, I'm glad you finally changed your avatar. You're wasting away to nothing and we want to see that beautiful face up there. You look stunning. You are such an inspiration to us all in so many ways. With all the obsticles you hit along your journey with waiting to get a date and such, you never gave up and look at you now. You should be proud.

Hi Everyone,
Okay after the dance and looking at how everyone looks so great!! Looking at everyone with their glowing face. It just amazes me how weight make such a difference in everyone's life. I feel so much better and so much more energy and I am sure everyone is with me on this. I have had my struggles but everytime I go to this website it helps me remember that I can do... Thank you everyone for being so supportive...

D- Cod Fish with two Corn Meal Rolls..
(These are corn meal rolls that my step mom made for me in Puerto Rico, you freeze them and boil them when you want to eat them.. I have never heard anyone called them corn meal rolls but not sure what else to call them...) This is too funny...
I have class tonight but will get on my machine today at least 20 min... Very tired today, had a long and busy weekend...

L Grilled fish fillet with a slice of LF cheese

D Making Stewed boneless pork chops . Stew them in diced tomato's with garlic, onion and basil. They come in a can all ready to go! Will have a piece with a small salad. I put it over angel hair pasta for the rest of the family
Sheesh, Typical Monday! glad its over, The sun felt sooooo warm this afternoon! Getting sooo close to spring! Got a good workout in and feeling prety good right now! Hope everyonr has a good night! Julio
P.S. Magaly, Are you talking about "Pastele's". She would make them during Christmas and we would divvy them up! My mom also used to make these little corn meal dumplings filled with meat or cheese , and deep fry them. Sigh, boy the good old days!

Julio they are not pasteles but they are wraped the same way but they are made of cornmeal. They are similar to the ones that are stuffed and fried but these are boiled. I love the fried ones... I had pasteles when I went to Puerto Rico a few weeks ago... That is why I gained two pounds!!!!!

Hello everyone,
Home from a crazy Monday at work. Boy am I exhausted. Did my walking at lunchtime. Will do my exercise bike after dinner. Still waiting to hear my results from the doctor. Nothing yet.
I will be posting the info on the board about our 2nd Annual Summer Picnic. Kathy, Maryjo and Carla so far are going to help me out. This time we want to get alot more people to come, like the dance. It would be so much fun too!!!!
B: Isopure Protein Drink

L: Salad with Ham, lf cheese, chickpeas and bluecheese dressing
S: sf jello
D: probably soup or chicken not sure yet
S: sf phillyswirl or icecream
Lots of water today and tea too. Hopefully the scale will move, but I am not counting on it since it has not in awhile. I know I need to stop obsessing but its hard.
