Update

Hello Everyone,

Haven't posted in awhile.. have had ALOT on my plate over the past few months.

I lost my job June 1st to a supposing "layoff".

Can't find a job ANYWHERE..been applying like crazy & no hits.  So that is starting to get
tiresome, frustrating & depressing.

I have a discrimination claim against my former employer in the works... paperwork was filed
so crossing fingers & toes things will be favorable.

Putting the house on the market to get rid of it.

And the biggie...getting a divorce.. (2nd marriage) I'm not good at it... where it wasn't for lack of trying on my end..just alot of issues that have come to a head.. & I think my weightloss hasn't helped it.  I'm sad... but feeling free at the same time.  

Saw Dr. R last week for a check up... I lost 10 pounds I believe from all the stress.  My blood pressure is through the roof from the stress 170's... so hopefully that'll settle down.  

So that's where I'm at.. need a job.. new place to live.. & new beginnings..

2009 didn't get any better for me... please send good thoughts

I know it feels sorta hopeless..but .... BUT life has a way of straighten out....of course the prayers I will send your way should help!

keep putting one foot in front of the other...don't look back....you have come too far!

4 days til my surgery

(((Mickey))) Wow - you certainly have your share of "stuff" - I'm so sorry you have to endure all that you are going through - loss of job and death of marriage, selling a house - moving and starting a discrimination claim - I hope you have a good network of support behind you - those things are extremely difficult and doing it all within a year - PLUS all the health issues you've gone through - my heart just goes out to you and my prayers are with you.

How are your health issues? What was the discrimination against you?

Things will get better for you - I will just pray that it happens very, very fast for you - you need a break!

Sorry to hear that 2009 has not gotten any better. It will. Keep plugging at the job, I recently found a job after a layoff and know if you look hard enough you will be successful. I finally sent my resume to everyone I knew and got a line on a job from that networking.

Stay positive, healthy and try to reduce the stress.
