Hello Everybody, I drove to work this morning and it was little icy on the bridge. I hope no more snow!!! I am looking forward Spring will be here soon! Enough for Winter time! Oh boy Tomorrow is our big Night! I am looking forward to meet all of you there. Hope they can put tag our names on it because we do not look same as before LOL will be very busy tonight to do errands and tomorrow morning too before getting ready for dressing up for the party! I will do Nordric Walking this afternoon Running/Walking for an hour after work. I am going for second opinion for Mary Jo 's PS doctor on March 9th which I would like to have Tummy tuck and breast lift in August after enjoying alot of funs this Summer with my kids , family and friends too. I am Catholic and will not eat no meats on Fridays until Easter. B-lower sugar quaker instant oatmeal S load of water L Tuna salad S load of water, nectar protien drink D cod with green beans S simple smart milk and load of water Promise my daughter that we will do exercise balls together. Aww, thanks for thinking of me Kathy. And thanks for all to all the well wishers from yesterday's food log. Feeling MUCh better today. I was actually hungry this morning, which is a good sign b/c I am rarely hungry. Something funny though, I think I may have dumped yesterday from a Met-Rx bar. A Met-Rx bar???! But all I know is that I ate it and immediately felt faint and sick to my stomach. I had stomach cramps and had to sleep it off. I can eat cheesecake and be fine but I dump from a darn protein bar. You try to explain that. B - protein bar (not a Met-Rx) S - cottage cheese L - small chicken salad S - protein shake w/ decaf coffee D - no idea, dinner w/ bf tonight Back at work today but luckily it is Friday. Picking up "Jolly Black" at the train station after work. He has assured me that he will be as handsome as ever for the party tomorrow. I Woolited (is that a word?) my dress and it seemed to survive. Yes, I am a domestic goddess after all! So as soon as figure out what size stockings I need to buy (I've been wearing my old 4x stockings, looking like a bag lady) I'll be all set!

Hey everyone, Snowy morning today, what a mess. But now the sun is out and the wind is blowing it all around. Had a late start today Erin had a 90 minute delay from school. Feeling really awful today, lots of cramps and just stressed to the core for no reason as usual. Let every little stupid thing bother me and just was very *****y and snappy today. Guess since I got my visitor it really ran me over today. I owe alot of apologies today to my coworkers. Guess I am just a big woos of emotions today. Still not sure what is wrong with me, I had the Upper GI yesterday, no results yet. Who knows, i just want this scale to move now!!! B: Cottage cheese protein bar S: some propel water L: Turkeybreast and cheese rollups with mayo S: sf jello D: probably some eggsalad or soup S: sf philly swirl Lots of snapple diet raspberry today. Not much for exercising with my cramps today. Did alittle walking at lunchtime. Too cold to go out, walked the hallways. Well tomorrow night is the big night, can't wait to see everyone. I am so excited. Hope your doing better Christine, can't wait to see you too. Take care of that cold sweetie. Hugs Hugs KimC

Hi Everybody! TGIF!!!! Was a long week! B 2 poached eggs S cheese stick L Cup of New England Clam Chowder S Protien Shake after gym D Gorten's fisherman fish fillet with a small salad Big travel mug of Decaf coffee and lots of decaf green tea. Went to gym after work for a good hard workout so I look good for all you beautiful Ladies at the dance tomorrow nite! . Be nice to see everybody! Take Care and have a great evening! , Julio

See you at 545 tomorrow Kathy!! I am really looking forward to the party. Gee it seems like just yesterday when it was a month away! Kathy you reminded me that today is a no-meat day... .ugh.... i ate leftover pork chops for lunch. oh well. I just had fish sticks for dinner to make up for it. ick.... they were gross. b- mozz cheese, s - 3 strawberries and handful of nuts l - pork & onion mushroom gravy s - oops! a couple of hershey kiss candies with my coffee. (needed chocolate today) d - fish sticks, rice and edemame beans s - s beach diet bar, sf popcicle no exercise today. I have been such a slouch for the last 2 weeks with hardly any exercise. (bad girl) anyway going to stations of the cross tonight... i'll pray that I do better. lol. terri
