Jaime Toth Update 3-2-06
Good Morning CT!
Jaime sounded a bit stronger yesterday.
She is progressing well, yet having lots of gas pain. As we all know, the nature of the surgery she had required lots of air to be brought into her body (remnant stomach in this case to fix the fistula) as a way of opening up the surgical area in order for the surgeons to have room to work within. That said... some (lots in Jaime's case) gets trapped, which can take time to move out, causing some "stop in your tracks" pain in the process. She did pass her *leak* test and will have to do the required stages of recovery with reference to reintroducing food back into her healing baby pouch again. All doable considering what she has been through in the past year.
So as we go through our day today... see Jaime's gas as "movin' and groovin' right out of her body... and sooner than later.
Again... collective energy... power in numbers kind of thinking.
She is up and walking around, doing her part to get her body moving and healing sooner.
She may be going home on Friday.
Be well... and I hear... we might need our shovels again?
I, for one, am ready for spring!
Perhaps some collective energy *wishing* here might work as well?
A goil can only hope.
Until next time...
