Hello Everybody, I am very busy at work and want to input quickly for my food/Exercise B- lower sugar quaker instant oatmeal S laod of water and some smoked almonds L chef salad with low fat dressing S load of water D hamburger with top cheese without bread with slice of tomatoes S simple smart milk and nectar protein drink of course load of water will use weight for full body an hour during my lunch time at gym then will do more cardio an hour at home to make up from yesterday I did not exercise. Morning Everyone, Little chilly today. Glad spring is so close, I am ready for spring. I went to Filenes yesterday, they are closing and having big sales. I was looking for a dress for some spring/summer events we will be attending. Ihad a blast trying on all these glam dresses. I decided on this beautiful red dress and thought, NO WAY will this fit, it didn't have any stretch and was form fitting. It is a size 14 and WAHOOO! It fit perfectly! The best part is that it was only $14. I think I may go back there this week and find some nice shoes to go with it. I guess you and I were sharing a brain this morning Kathy! We both posted at the exact same time! lol Well I'll just repost here. Happy Hump Day! B - 1/2 egg & swiss sandwich on wheat S - rest of sandwich L - light tuna casserole (from Kaye Bailey's WLS site, yummy!) S - protein shake w/ decaf coffee D - boneless chicken Nothing exciting to report, life goes on as usual. 1 hour of Leslie Sansome tonight.

Hello all... B ~ Decaf coffee w/ splenda L ~ Tuna salad w/ LF mayo and diced tomatoes & onions S ~ handful of sun chips D ~ ??? S ~ Healthy Choice Ice Cream Yesterday I went to gym for my hour lunch break and then I also did low impact cardio and toning stuff when I got home. Will do the same today. Have a great day all! Bree

Hi Folks! Hope everybody is well today! B 3oz's chicken cutlet S 1/2 a banana L cup of tomato soup S protien drink D Fish and chip nite tonight as it is Ash Wensday. Will stick to a small piece of fish and the cole slaw Busy day at work, went to gym yesterday so will get a little "Nordic Trac" in before heading over to mom in laws for supper. Hello all, The stress is growing with me this week. Bad week at work and I am so worried about this stupid Upper GI I am having tomorrow. I just want this all to be better. I am do tired emotionally from all of this. B: Atkins Coffee Latte Shake S: Cottage Cheese L: Ham and cheese rollups S: Cottage Cheese D: not sure probably soup S: sf philly swirl Lots of snapple diet raspberry today and my usual propels. Had a couple of Green teas too. Its a chilly one today, suppose to get snow tomorrow. YUK. Meeting with a personal trainer at 5:30pm tonight to see what their program is like. Its called Fit20 in Milford, CT. Only $20 each time you go. Sounds pretty good. Have a great night everyone, Saturday is almost here. Hugs KimC
