Hi Everybody! Another BRRRRRR day! Today will be very busiser day for me at work and home too. B- Quaker Instant Oatmeal (lower sugar) S load of water L stuffed green pepper S load of water D ??? S Simple smart milk and nectar protein drink No exercise today but will work harder tomorrow to make up for this Have a great day and keep warm! Kathy K

My chest has finally shrunk enough to get into this blazer that I bought at Target like 4 months ago. I am losing weight slower but I think that with my exercise I am losing inches which is very welcome. My chest is that last place that I ever lose weight or inches so I am very happy. Small piece of a lemon bar B - cottage cheese L - leftover chicken wings S - slim fast low carb shake - 20g protein D - tuna salad S - south beach bar The lemon bar was calling me this morning so I had a small piece. I am actually requesting a fridge in my office so that I don't have to go into the break room anymore. If I had alot of will power I wouldn't have been 350 lbs to begin with so I am trying to remove temptation from my life. I pulled the "medical need" card which I never do but every once in a while someone will eat my food (what non WLS person wants a protein shake???) so I do sort of need it. More Leslie Sansome tonight!

Hello Everyone, Last night was not a good one when I got home I had two slices of turkey and a string cheese oh yeah and a banana..... I went over my points by 4... Will try again today... B - Coffee S - Weigh****cher English Muffin with a spoon of cream cheese L - Weigh****cher Swedish Meatballs D - Weigh****cher Turkey with Mash S - Sugar Free Pudding I am going to add the snack because since I eat dinner so early because of school I know I am going to want it. So instead of having 10 things I will remind myself that I am suppose to eat that pudding... Will get on my machine when I get home from school... Have a great day!!!

Hey all, Not a good day today, very bad at work, alot of aggervation and stress. I guess I should of stayed home today. Anyway I made an appointment to meet with a trainer at a place in Milford called Fit20. Its only $20 a session and its all one on one. I am excited about it. Hopefully this will help. B: Atkins Protein Shake S: rest of shake some tomato basil wheat thins L: cottage cheese with sf jelly ham and cheese rollups S: some more wheat thins D: not sure yet S: not sure yet Will be home late today getting my nails done, so I may just do the exercise bike alittle. Not up to much for today, feeling really tired and stressed. Hopefully once I exercise with the Trainer I will feel better and maybe move the damn scale. Thursday is the big day for the upper GI, so maybe they will have answers. Have a great day everyone Hugs KimC

Hello All, I have been so busy at work this is the 1st time I have been able to log on to do the food log. B ~ decaf coffee w/ splenda L ~ tuna salad w/ diced tomatoes & onions S ~ handful of sun chips D ~ shaved turkey/mashed/peas S ~ Healthy Choice Ice cream I have been really good about the gym. I have been going everyday and do as least a 1 mile brisk walk. On the weekends I have been eating too muck I know. (I cant wait till its fill time) I am going over the # of calories I eat during the week. I am not good about getting in all of my protein, its very hard when all the damn protein drinks make you nauseaus. I try to do like tuna or chicken daily (so much for vegetarianism these days) to help with it. I do pretty well with liquids, but some days dont get in enough of them either. Just needed to vent a bit guess. Have a good day all! Bree

Hey Bree, Your doing fine and protien canbe found in things like 3 bean salad as well as Tofu . Important that you get that protien in any way you can. Your still pretty early in your "Journey". Thing will get better as your tastes's and tolerences adjust. Your doing great! Keep it up! As for me:; B 1/2 cup kashi crunch cereal with 1/2 cup of vanilla soy milk S small apple, peel removed. L 1 homemade meatball about 3oz's with a little sauce and a few green . S Protien drink after gym. Got a good workout in, came home with that "Buzz" a good workout gives you. D Wasn't hungry so had a couple of slices of Turkey Bologna with a little cole slaw. Drinking my fill of Green tea and mango. Lipton makes it to put in your water bottle and its yummy! Am a tired puppy now so will just take it easy now. Hope everyone has a great evening! Take Care, Julio
