Hey Lisa, I wish I could help you. I am going through the same thing right now. I am a year out and have come to a stop. I have upped my protein, drinking more water and doing more exercise and I am still stuck at 220lbs. Its driving me crazy. I drink the isopures too, but I have not gained. My hair loss has slowed down alot too. Well wish I knew what to do, I am as frustrated as you are kiddo. Good luck and take care Hugs KimC

I have always thought that the theory that upping the protein helps with the hair loss is a bit suspect. What is the magic amount of protein that grows hair? Not telling you to stop of course b/c you need as much protein as possible. But all I know is that my hair thinned no matter how much protein I got in until I was about six months out and then it stopped. And despite my eating much more protein now then I was at that point, my hair is not exactly long and luxurious now. Just my opinion.

Hey Bethany... I too LOVE love LOVE the SBD bars. I usually get the High Protein Cereal Bars (they also have meal replacement bars, but those are bigger and have more cals, etc etc, plus i use them for a snack not a meal)... Anyways, I beleive CVS has them on sale this week, you should go out and try some!! I'm completely label-crazy...one box contains 5 bars, and the nutrition info for the Cranberry Almond flavored ones (SOOOOOOO delish!!!) are as follows: 1 BAR Calories: 140 Total Fat: 5g Cholesterol: 0mg Sodium: 135mg Potassium: 115mg Total Carbs: 15g (breakdown below) ~Dietary Fiber: 3g ~Sugars: 7g ~Sugar Alcohol 3g Protein: 10g They come in five different flavors -- Cranberry Almond (the one I'm eating RIGHT now hahahah), Cinnamon Raison, Maple Nut, Chocolate, and Peanut Butter (Peanut butter ones are absolutely awesome, they taste kinda like peanut butter rice crispy treats...) Go out and try some they're soooooooooooooooo good. They also make frozen dinners that are all sorts of yumminess too!!!! --CJ
