July 21st is my date getting nervous but gotta do it before I end up with medical problems lol

OH has many good poeple and has been an inspiration!!!!!

I have been trying to quit smoking down to less than a half a pack hope this helps anyone else ?

Smoking inhibits your healing process. The scars will not heal as well as for a non-smoker. Smoking is sooo bad for you in soooo many ways. Please stop and don't go back!
