Food & Exercise Log THURSDAY
Hey Everybody,
Hope you made your time to do exercise for 30 min yesterday better than nothing Anyway I want to tell you that I am glad all of you are my family and we always support each other no matter we live more than an hour apart each other on this Ct message Board! It will be great of all us to take pictures together for CT Message board on March 4th. I will be a photograher there since Bob M. , Julio, Dave are busy to dance with a long line of ladies who are waiting for their turn to dance. Guys Better to take a good sleep and save your energy for exercise for this dance for hours!! I am not crazy about dance but maybe I will join like Chicken dance, I dont know what it called like long line for people to dance all over like a snake....
Let's hope our famous start , Bob M. will get interview by NBC30 News about our WLS and lap banding to explain how we made successfully by using our tools. Without using tools, we wont make it. We know that! Good luck Bob M and let us know if they want to interview with you on Tv.
I am having Spring fever and is looking forward to have spring here. It will be one more month to go!
B- slice of ham and mozz stick
S nectar protein drink and load of water
L tuna salad with sliced of tomatoes
S handful of cashew nuts and load of water
D have not decided but maybe just fresh turkey burger with cheese and tomatoes top( without buns) with small salad
S simple smart milk and load of water
Will go to gym to do upper weight lift during my lunch time then will do cardio for an hour at home tonight

Thanks for the encouragment Kathy! Despite not feeling 100% I did 45 minutes of exercise yesterday and I felt good about it. It was tough but it got done. Thanks to everyone for their kind words yesterday, I am going to take better care of myself. I have higher carb bars on hand for emergencies and I am going to call my PCP about prescribing a glucometer so I won't have to pay out of pocket.

D - tuna salad on soy chips
S - banana w/ pnut butter
Lots of food! But I haven't been spreading out my food. I need to have several small meals in order to keep my sugar up. I plan on doing an hour of Leslie Sansome tonight.

Hey everyone,
Back to work today, oh my god my desk was a disaster area. It was like I was out for a year.
Anyway great couple of days off, and tonight I am vegging out, was up at 3am with Erin she was having trouble sleeping and has a stuffy nose my poor baby.
I am exhausted and have an awful headache to boot. I am still not losing so I have just about given up on this. I am just going to wait for the test next week and see what the doctor says.

Lots of carbcount milk today, having some crystal light too. Alot of water too. Trying to get the intake of the water more now. Just did walking today.
