I hope you are at least adding some unflavored protein powder to those soups....if not you need to go to GNC and get some unflavored whey protein powder. You need to be getting minimum 50 grams of protein a day- better you should get 60-65 grams of protein a day. It sounds like you aren't coming close. You are going to end up burning all your muscle tissue and be like one of the noodles in your chicken noodle soup!!
