Hello Everybody, Heard it will be snowing this weekend coming. I am glad this will happen this weekend instead of next weekend so all of us can make to go Gala dance SMILE! B-scramble egg with mozz cheese and some mushrooms S load of water and 16 oz of nectar protein drink L cold shrimps with dip sauce S load of water D chicken with salsa with mozz cheese top with green beans S simple smart milk and load of water Will do Nordric walking /running for 4 miles today after work Have a great day! Had a nice time at the Hamden support group last night. We all passed around our "before" pictures and it was just amazing. Most of the people I never would recognize anymore, they are totally different people! It was very encouraging to see that we all have accomplished so much through this surgery. B - cottage cheese w/ a bit of south beach cereal (just to add crunch) S - Pnut butter & bran flakes? (weigh****chers treat from my coworker) L - tuna salad S - decaf coffee w/ protein drink D - tuna on leftover nachos from last night Still battling my fitday numbers, trying to balance fat, calories, carbs and protein. I am always very good with carbs & protein but my fat is always at 60 - 80 grams or more at the end of the day, it is supposed to be less than 40 according to my nutrionist. A part of me says "what difference does it make as long as I continue losing" but I am thinking long term. At some point it will become a lot harder to lose weight and I want to have good eating habits in place.

Hi folks! Hope all are doing ok! B 1/2 cup bran flakes with 1/2 cup soy milk S 1/2 a banana L 3oz's kielbasa with3 tablespoons of 3 bean salad S protien shake D Steak and pepper stir fry tonight, will have a little over some brown rice. Lots of decaf coffee and green tea today. No gym today, went yesterday so will go nowhere fast on the excersize bike after supper. Hope everyone has a good evening. Julio

Hey all, It was a beautiful day out, my last day of freedom. Back to work tomorrow. I was out all day with the girls, erin and my niece kacey. We had alot of fun shopping and then went to Humphrey's for lunch. B: Weight Control Cinamon Oatmeal S: Crystal light L: seafood bisque (cup) thin sliced buffalo chicken pizza (1) S: Dunkin Donuts Latte light D: small piece of filet of sole some veggies S: probably sf philly swirl Did alot of walking today. Will do my hour on the exercise bike tonight. Hope everyone is having a great day today. Hugs KimC
