Food & Exercise Log Tuesday
Good morning Everybody,
Hope all of you had a nice weekend! I will be very busy at work this week but want to input my food/exercise log today. Just let people know who are interesting for Nordric Walking , I was told by my personal trainer Glo that she contacted Bob Mastrianna about teaching this class in Bridgeport or Fairfield area but Iam sure Bob will announce to all of you about this class after he spoke with my personal Trainer Glo. Keep your eyes on this Ct message board for announement by Bob Mastrianna.
Also TEN more days we will get together again at Spring Gala and I am looking forward to meet new and old faces there!
B- broiled egg and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
S load of water
L cold shrimps with dip for sauce
S laod of water and maybe grab handful of cashews
D cod with brocillio
Will go to gym to do cardio for an hour during my lunch time.

D - no idea, probably going to Friday's after meeting
Going to the Hamden meeting tonight and dinner afterwards so no exercise for me tonight unless I get in early. But I will make a point to take a walk at lunch, just to strech my legs.

finally got the money to join a gym yesturday so i will be on my way there soon because i signed up for a class and i got another one later this afternoon....hope everyone is doin good....

woohoo I am finally on SOFT foods...I can now actually have a diet log that doesn't look so BORING...

Today I can go join a gym and get started on something other than doing laps in my house(I am so tired of walking in circles..LOL)

B 2oz's grilled pork with a few spoonfulls of brown rice. (Found one of last weeks lunches in the back of the frig so figured might as well eat it).

Went to gym after work with my son. Really didn't feel like it but am glad I did as I felt alot better after I got done.! Hope everyone has a great evening! Take Care, Julio
Good evening everyone:
Well my surgeon called today, going on March 2nd for the upper GI to find out why I am not losing. She told me I am at 53% loss of my body fat and should be at 66%. Wants to make sure that there are no abnormalities or ubstructions.
Enjoying my days off with Erin. Had a ball yesterday at the Rainforest Cafe and the mall with my daughter Erin, my cousin and her daughter Kacey.
Today went out to get my haircut and then my nails done with my other cousin Mechele and the girls too. It was fun.

Did alot of walking today with Erin. Will do the dance extreme tonight with the girls, my niece Kacey is sleeping over will have fun with the girls. Tomorrow will do the bike too.
