I have had no interest in eating. I'd rather drink my nectar and call it a day. Some days I don't even want to do that. Anyone else get like that?

Are you post op? What is your nectar? Are you forcing yourself to eat so you can stay healthy? Are you taking vitamins?

stupid puter booted me off. Okay... as I was saying... many times I have to force myself to eat. I think it is part of the healing process. Keep up with your vitamins and make sure you get your protien in. You should be fine. Hugs, Chrissy

how far post op are you? have you talked to the doctor of the nutritionist? Have you tried things that are not bland and boring ( I found Wendys chili with a scoop of Unjury is pretty tasty- so are fat free refried beans with a little bit of low fat cheese melted on top , ground beef cooked up with a little tomoato sauce mixed in...cottage cheese with some sugar free jelly mixed in.....low fat mozzerella cheese sticks with a slice of lean ham or turkey breast wrapped around it.......)
