Food & Exercise Log Friday
Hello Everybody
I am happy today is Friday and I am not working on Monday because of Holiday which mean I will have a long weekend ! SMILE! Sorry I was not on line yesterday all day. Planning to take my kids to indoor pool to swim on Monday, will do normal errands around the house and food shopping to get more foods for my family. My daughter will have haircut tomorrow and will go shopping to look for my top shirt for the dance on March 4th.
B-left over steak from yesterday
S load of water and nectar protein drink
L cold shrimps with dip of sauce
S load of water and handful of almonds
D have not decide probalby chef salad while everybody have a pizza
s Simple smart milk and load of water
Have a wonderful weekend!
I will go to gym to do three machines to do cardio for an hour or more during my lunch time at work

I am also happy it is Friday, the weekends are always the best! No work! Whoo hoo! And my boyfriend is coming to visit, so thats nice too.
Homemade protein drink before breakfast
B - cottage cheese
L - tuna on salad
S - protein shake w/ coffee
D - ribs (last of leftovers)
S - protein bar
I'm trying to decide how to proceed from here. I am at a point where it really doesn't matter how much more I lose anymore. This was about as thin as I ever hoped to be, I never wanted to be super skinny or anything. So I want to focus on trying to make this huge sack of skin into a bit of a firmer package since I will never be able to afford plastic surgery. So I started exercising longer last night, about an hour. I figure that way, even if I don't lose anymore weight, at least I will be more toned.

I want to tell you how proud I am for you about exercise True it is nice to have your body toner and feel good. It is all about changing your life style with exercise and your foods and sitck with this then you will be fine. Make a small goal like you never had before.. riding mountian bike , join to learn rafting on whitewater, learn how to rock climbling, join to do swim laps, hiking up to the top of Mountain and have a nice view etc.... to make your life more exciting!

Havent really planned good meals today. I know I am a bad girl.
Think I will take the gym off today. My stomach muscles are sore today. Not sure if I over did it the past few days or what, but I will take it easy today.

I am feeling alittle better today, thanks to everyone's wonderful responses to my post yesterday. Thanks all for being so caring and supportive. I will get there I promise.

Lots of protein today, will be having alot of waters today. I am going out to a jewelry dem tonight with Erin so my exercise will just be walking at lunch and some of the exercise bike tonight. Tomorrow I am looking into getting some weights to walk with and maybe look for a trainer.
I am going to try to get better at this I promise you all, you have all helped me so much with your ideas and suggestions. I love you all for your caring and support.
Thanks so much everyone have a wonderful day and a great weekend too. I am off Monday for the holiday and took Tuesday and Wednesday to be with Erin on her school vacation.

D Well, it's friday, My day off as far as cooking so will see what turns up!
Wasn't going to go to gym after work today, but just as i was leaving the shop the sun broke thru and felt so good I went home to pick up my son , and we both worked out. Was great! Know its only feburary but can taste "Spring" in the air. "How sweet it is!" Know it's suppose to get cold again, but it's ok. The sun feels warm! Good sign spring is very close. salad with chicken tenders and cheese 2 bites of my son's pizza...man was that good, much better than I first tired pizza post op...that scares me a bit..I could fall back into old habits.......BUT I WONT!!!

My college girlfriend rented a bus and a bunch of girls including me and my sister are going to FOXWOODS tomorrow night!!!!!! Im soooooooo excited!!!
Tomorrow morning Im Going to go to OLD NAVY to exchange some jeans that I bought 2 weeks ago, that are now TOO BIG!!!!!
I never would of wanted to go on trips like these at 266lbs, but at 203, bring em on!!!!! I cant wait to find something cute to wear!!!! whooo-hooo Im ready to PARTY!!!!!!!!!!!!
