First Live Support Meeting -- New London

I attended my first support group meeting tonight in New London. I will admit that I was a little nervous but it was pretty cool. I had to split early to get to work but I will be back. I guess studys show that people who attend meetings........you all know the rest. Anyway, thanks and see ya. Scott

The support groups are awesome to attend, they keep you on track. I had my surgery with my best friend and we keep each other on track. I wish I could attend them more often, but we just moved to NH so it will be hard for me to make it back home to NLON. Jennie

YOur warning at the beginning cracked me up so I immeditley had to scroll down to look at them!!! wow your doing awesome with your weightloss!!!! I agree totally with the fast food rut, I was in that too.............and loved pizza and chinese!!!!! Have tried them both post op and they just so are not the same!!! I have a little boy that is 4 too!!!! anyway just wanted to say hi and tell you that you look awesome!!! ~Bethany
