Today was a good day! The sun was finally shining

and when I weighed myself this morning I was no longer overweight! I am finally normal or at least my BMI is!

Went shopping for shorts and actually fit into a pair of size 6. What a nice feeling.

It has been a long 16 months and I realize I have a lifetime ahead of me, but I just wanted to thank all that have been supportive during this journey.

Nancy just wanted to say WOW! You have done fantastic with your weight loss. What a great feeling to no longer be overweight! and getting into a size 6 pair of shorts to boot. Good fpr you.
