Food & Exercise Log Wednesday
Hello Everybody,
Hope all of you had a nice Valentine day yesterday! Tonight I will be very busy to take my kids to religous class, feed them for dinner then take them to sign up for baseball and softball for them to play this Spring. I will be busier taxi mom this spring coming!
B-slice of ham, melt cheese on one rye toasted bread
S nectar protein drink and load of water
L tuna salad with sliced of tomatoes
S load of water and morning start protein bar
D scallops with green beans
S nectar protein drink and load of water
will do cardio for an hour at gym during my lunch hour at work

*I did "The Firm" workout tape last night. WOW! I know I read almost daily that someone here does that one. God Bless you! I couldnt freaking keep up with that woman to save my life. Even if I was 120lbs, I dont think I would have been able to keep up. I think I need to invest in a new tape for home at night. It was cute, my 2 yr old was down there with me doing jumping jacks the whole time. What a good support person, and he's adorable too!

I am on the edge and starting to annoy myself. Every morning I wake up and look to see whether I am finally under 200 and every morning I wake up at exactly 200 lbs. I know that this is very silly and that the one pound will come off in its own time. I just need to calm down and be grateful for the weight that has already come off. I'm a silly girl sometimes.
B - cottage cheese and nuts
L - South beach beef dinner
S - protein shake w/ decaf coffee (bought a new brand that is very unpleasant by itself but rather good with coffee)
D - no idea, going out for my anniversary tonight
I was very good with the bake sale at my job yesterday, I didn't buy anything. My one treat for the day was a chocolate covered strawberry which was well worth the 9 carbs it cost me. No exercise for me tonight, taking the night off!

I am drink alot of my propel today and some water too. I am still stuck at 220lbs and really disgusted. I have gotten to the point where I feel like I will never get under 200lbs.
I appreciate everyone here telling me it will get better, but sometimes I feel like I am going to fail again. I never want to go back to that awful time in my life and I am so grateful for the success I have had so far, and very grateful too. I am just feeling so lost right now and I know it will get better, I am going to see Dr. Barajas tomorrow and will discuss this with her.
I am really just very blue about all of this and want to reach my goal. I know it will come, but its taking so long. Some people on here have done so well and I look up to alot of you here on the OH board. I hope I can succeed like you all have soon.

Hey Kim, It will get better, I was stuck for over 2 months before it started moving again. Keep the Faith Girl! Your going to get where you want to be!!

No gym today went yesterday so just shoveled a little snow when I got home from work just to be outside in the sun, Felt Good!
